Graffiti.

Well I was absolutely amazed at Larri's images from her visit to the old Addington Sale Yards, where there is graffiti on every wall.  I had been there some time ago, but could never get an image I was satisfied with, so I decided to visit the place again.  I have tried to photograph someone else's art, but put my interpretation on it.  I think that my most successful ones, are the ones with movement in the camera, or the ones where I used the'dream filter",

Spooky House, March 2009

Early one wet, misty morning, Jane, Priscilla, Liz and I went to this very old haunted house, at Leeston.  The trees and saplings had hidden it from sight, which made it very dark and spooky.

Over the years it had been inhabited by possums, and the smell was pretty intense. Outside was pretty inviting for fresh air!!

Chinese Lantern Festival, February 2009

I had been to the Lantern Festival 2 years previous, and decided to go along again for a look.

This time we found it to be very popular, and it was hard moving around, but still a wonderful sight.
